Welcome!

This class will be a lot of work, but please don't be afraid; we will have a lot of fun, too. This is my first attempt at a "flipped" classroom, so please give me feedback on what is working, what is not, and what we can do better or what else you need to be successful. I am a student just as much as you are.

I will use this blog to post lectures you need to watch for homework as well as reminders for tests, homeworks, and other assignments. Whenever I manage to make extra videos working out a specific problem, I will also post here. I suggest subscribing with a feed or by email using the boxes to the right so you don't miss any posts.

For those of you that want to use old resources but don't want to search through this blog, I will also be archiving everything at sites.google.com/site/desertviewapphysics/, organized by unit.

First assignment! Read through the syllabus and safety contract and return the safety contract tomorrow, plus log into WebAssign and change your password. Instructions for logging in are the topic of our first video lecture!
