Today we used a ballistic pendulum to find the launch velocity of a projectile. People have been using ballistic pendulums in this way for over a century.
First we completed a pre-lab to discover how a ballistic pendulum works: Ballistic Pendulum Pre-Lab
For your lab itself, this is what you need to turn in on your own paper:
1. Data table
2. Math (equation from end of pre-lab)
3. Answer
4. Name two errors, explain what they did to your data (mathematically), and how you could minimize or eliminate them in the future.
